When it comes to forex, there is very strong competition among brokers and customers look for one that offers better terms. InvestingFF is a too young company to be judged but we’ve done some tests. It has been operating since 2019 and according to its website, InvestingFF has already had more than 10,000 clients from all over the world. This broker is authorised and regulated by the VFSC. The certificate can be found in the about us section of InvestingFF.com. This license obliges InvestingFF to keep client funds in major international banks only and they must be fully segregated from the company’s own funds.
Platforms and instruments
Customers can trade via an easy-to-operate web-based version of the platform developed by software experts of InvestingFF. There is also a mobile app available for download from the Google Play Store and from the App Store.
InvestingFF.com offers more than 1000 financial instruments such as currency pairs, cryptocurrencies, shares, commodities and indices. The work area displays only what is needed to make quick trades. Arranging the instruments is well designed but not so well done. It requires a lot of patience to achieve the desired result. Sometimes it is impossible to place the moved instrument where you want it. Another thing to note is the lack of opportunity to trade in the MetaTrader platform. Although InvestingFF’s own platform is simple to use, some professionals would prefer the widely known MetaTrader.
Moreover, InvestingFF doesn’t allow demo accounts, so if you wish to use this broker, you must open a live account. We were offered a virtual money test opportunity for the review.
Market maker or STP broker
InvestingFF.com acts as an STP forex broker and orders are immediately processed on the interbank market. The broker makes money from spreads and commissions only and not from client’s losses. Straight Through Processing brokers cannot combine or leave client orders unprocessed.
Order execution
Acting as a Straight Through Processing broker, InvestingFF fulfills orders with a minimum delay. Although the order execution is fast, the Order Execution Policy warns against possible slippage during important market news and events.
Accounts and spreads
There are three types of accounts offering different initial sum and trading conditions so every investor could choose the appropriate one. Major currency pairs have relatively narrow spreads. While the market is calm, the spread of EUR/USD is in the range of 1.0-1.5 pips. However, to get the lowest spread possible, starting at 0.9 pips, you need to invest at least $ 25,000. Keep in mind that many other brokers offer exotic pairs and cryptocurrencies with better spreads.
Useful features
Clients receive real-time updates on upcoming financial news directly from the platform (economical events need to be refreshed for an update). A lot of technical indicators are available, and the appropriate ones can be chosen easily. Bid or ask price can be shown in the chart window and up to 6 of them can be displayed at the same time.
Unfortunately, we’ve noticed that not all quotes are registered, and the price line moves with some delay. Professionals probably would prefer some more sophisticated charting tool for their analyses.
The guaranteed stop loss order while the market is open, and the built-in negative balance protection are two features that every platform must have. This assumes clients will never owe money to this broker, regardless of the price gap.
Social Trading
Increasingly popular option of ‘Social Trading’ is also available. Using it, even beginners can become successful traders. All they need is to choose an investor to follow. However, this feature is not so well developed as it is with some other brokers, but it is a good choice for the newbies.
Conclusion:
InvestingFF is a good starting level web platform. Experienced traders would like to see more built in features like in the Meta Trader platform. However, beginners would benefit from InvestingFF customized simplified client’s terminal.
